I'm alive!  And writing tutorials!

So I saw this gorgeous banner by antonella87 and decided I wanted to attempt to duplicate it, since I'm a bit rusty on my graphics-making.  And in the process of selecting a photo of Kristen Stewart I wanted to use, I discovered that I had once learned how to change eye color, but had forgotten.  So I searched in vain for a tutorial, couldn't find one, figured out how to do it on my own, and decided to write a tutorial so you fine people don't have to do the same thing :)

I've already colored my photo, since I'm planning on using it for something else, but this tutorial does not involve selective coloring.  It does use the magnetic lasso tool, and I'm not sure if that's available in PSP.  Also color balance.  And that's it!  Easy peasy!
