how did you do the light effect like the one on #3?

All I did was take the light texture, which was this one (http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n279/aurorabug/genderhfhfhg4.png) I think, and dragged it on top of my photo as a new layer, then set that layer to screen. I also decreased the opacity a litle bit because it was too bright and covered up the band too much, so I just wanted it to be a little softer ^.^ The texture was made by dearest, by the way. Of course you can! It's good old Century Gothic, one of my favorites. I think it's one of the ones that's typically preloaded onto your computer (I don't remember downloading it anywhere). Thanks for commenting!

I actually think that might be 2 textures - I'm pretty sure this (http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n279/aurorabug/genderhfhfhg4-1.png) is one of them (I use that one all the time), and I think I might have used this (http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n279/aurorabug/gfhfhg1.png) one too. They're both by dearest.
