All I did was take the light texture, which was this one (http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n279/aurorabug/genderhfhfhg4.png) I think, and dragged it on top of my photo as a new layer, then set that layer to screen. I also decreased the opacity a litle bit because it was too bright and covered up the band too much, so I just wanted it to be a little softer ^.^ The texture was made by dearest, by the way. Thanks for the comment!
